DirektNet, Raiffeisen Mobile Applications, website and SMS service could be unavailable.

We inform our customers that between 01.08.2020 (Saturday) 20:00 (CET) and 02.08.2020 (Sunday) 06:00 (CET), the following banking systems will be unavailable due to a technical maintenance for a short time period:

  • website
  • DirektNet (internetbank), Internet Brokering
  • Internet banking functions of the Raiffeisen Mobile Application
  • myRaiffeisen Mobile Application
  • Mobile Banking SMS service

During this period Raiffeisen Direkt customer service via phone (06-80-488-588) will be available with limited functions.
