Please be informed that in case you belong to the Private or Premium segment, completion of the Suitability and Appropriateness Test is unavoidable for you to be eligible to the full range of investment services available to you, including investment advisory and/or portfolio management services. If you choose the category "Private individual customer - Private or Premium segment - with investment service including investment advice/portfolio management", consequently the completion of the questionnaire including the Suitability and Appropriateness Test, you also consent to the processing of the data included therein.
As a customer belonging to the Private or Premium segment, however, you may as well complete the Appropriateness Test only, in case you choose the category "Private individual customer - Private or Premium segment - with investment service not including investment advice/portfolio management". Please take note that in such case you will not be able to use investment advisory and/or portfolio management services.
If you belong to the normal retail segment, you may only complete the Appropriateness Test, have to choose the test category "Private individual customer - Normal retail segment", and will not be eligible to investment advisory and/or portfolio management services.
