Terms and Conditions of the Apple Pay Bank Card Registration Incentive Promotion for Visa bank cards

1. Organizer of the Promotion: Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. (registered office: H-1133 Budapest, Váci út 116–118., company registration number: Cg.01-10-041042, registration court: Company Registry Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest – hereinafter referred to as the "Bank").

2. Duration of the Promotion: From 29. July 2025 until withdrawal.

3. The Bank announces this promotion among its participating customers to encourage the use of Apple Pay for payments.

4. Under this promotion, the Bank will credit HUF 2,000 to individual Retail and Premium Banking customers who fully meet the conditions listed below.

5. Retail or Premium Banking customers are eligible to participate in the promotion if they fully meet and comply with all the following promotional conditions:

5.1. The customer successfully registered their Visa bank card in the Apple Pay application but did not carry out a successful purchase transaction using Apple Pay within 14 calendar days following the completion of the registration.

5.2. For Visa bank cards, the cardholder receives an SMS notification from the Bank about the promotion and is offered the promotional credit.

5.3. The promotional credit will be credited to the account linked to the debit card at the time the Bank verifies the fulfilment of the promotional conditions.

5.4. Between the 14th and 30th calendar day following the successful completion of the registration, the customer must have initiated (authorized) at least five (5) successful purchase transactions using the same bank card via Apple Pay. Any Apple Pay purchase transaction that fails for any reason, or that is successfully executed but later reversed or cancelled for any reason, will not be counted toward the required number of Apple Pay bank card transactions.

6. Business cards issued by the Bank to corporate, small business, or entrepreneurial clients, and their cardholders, are excluded from participation in the promotion.

7. If the promotional conditions are fulfilled by 17:00 (5:00 PM) on a banking business day, the promotional amount will be credited by 06:00 (6:00 AM) on the following banking business day. If the promotional conditions are fulfilled after 17:00, the credit will be booked by 06:00 on the second banking business day following the day the conditions were fulfilled. If the currency of the account linked to the card is not Hungarian forint (HUF), the Bank will convert and credit the HUF amount in accordance with the applicable conversion rules for the account.

8. Where applicable, any tax payment or tax reporting obligations arising from the credit will be fulfilled by the Bank, as the payer, in accordance with the applicable tax laws in force. Under the current provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act (Szja. törvény), the credited amount qualifies as a tax-exempt benefit granted for business promotion purposes.
