Discover our new Visa bank cards

The digital form of the bank card is immediately available after application and can be used for online shopping or contactless payments once activated. The production of the physical bank card takes a few days.

As a retail customer, you will receive the new physical card by mail at the notification address recorded in the banking systems—if there is none, it will be sent to your permanent address.
As a Private Banking customer, you will receive the new card by mail at the notification address recorded in the banking systems—or if there is none, at your permanent address—either at the bank branch or by mail.

After the application, the card will appear in the myRaiffeisen mobile app, where it can be activated immediately. After that, you can view the PIN code, and until the physical card is delivered by mail, it can be used as a digital card for online shopping or contactless payments.
It is important to also activate the physical card: within 3 months from issuance, by reading the card chip and entering the PIN code (e.g., during cash withdrawal at an ATM or card purchase with chip reading at a POS terminal). If not activated, the card will be invalidated for security reasons.

• For cash withdrawals from ATMs domestically and internationally
• For deposits via ATM - at Raiffeisen ATMs with deposit functionality - to the bank account linked to the bank card
• For balance inquiries
• For contactless payments using a mobile phone or smartwatch after adding it to a digital wallet (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• For subscriptions and recurring payments: e.g., streaming services, mobile subscriptions, automatic payment of utility bills
