If you do not use myRaiffeisen mobile application, you can also contact Customer Service by phone. To identify yourself, enter your 8-digit Direkt ID and 4-digit Direkt PIN code using your phone keypad.
Call Center phone numbers:
Our phone numbers with 80 prefix can be called free of charge from within Hungary. From abroad, they can be used at the standard international call rates charged by the foreign service provider.
Our common phone numbers, without 80 prefix, can be called from anywhere in Hungary at the local call rate.

When using the Call Center, you will need your Direkt ID and Direkt PIN code for identification, unless you start the call from the mobile app.
Direkt ID
Your Direkt ID is an eight-digit number ID issued by the bank and cannot be changed. You can find it in the myRaiffeisen app under Profile/My user account/Show Direkt ID, on the Raiffeisen Direkt and DirektNet application form, on your customer card, or in the letter sent with your bank card.
In addition to using the Call Center, you will also need your Direkt ID to activate access to digital channels (such as internetbank), to log in, and to register after downloading the mobile app.
Direkt PIN code
This is a four-digit code required for Call Center services that need identification. To request it (for the first time, or if you have forgotten it), please book an appointment at any of our bank branches.
To activate your Direkt PIN code:
You can view the phone number registered with our bank in the myRaiffeisen mobile application and in the internetbank (myRaiffeisen portal), under your user account on the My personal details page.
If the phone number registered with the bank does not match your current number, you can request an update through our Call Center after identification.
