Discover the new Visa debit cards

• For retail customers: We will mail the new card to the notification address registered with our Bank, or, if unavailable, to your permanent address.
• For Private Banking customers: Based on previous instructions, we will mail the new card to our branch or to the notification address registered with our Bank, or, if unavailable, to your permanent address. 

Please activate your new VISA card as soon as possible after receiving it. You can do this via the myRaiffeisen mobile app or through an ATM or POS terminal with a successful PIN-authorized transaction. Cards collected in person at the branch will be activated by our representative upon receipt. 

The PIN code for the new card is the same as your current Mastercard bank card PIN code. If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can view it anytime under card details in the myRaiffeisen mobile app.

Upon activating the new Visa card, the validity of your current Mastercard bank card will automatically cease. You can use your Mastercard bank card for up to 45 days following the dispatch of the new Visa card, even if the expiration date on the card has not yet passed. 

After activation, please check the card settings - such as purchase and cash withdrawal limits - via the myRaiffeisen mobile app or internet banking (myRaiffeisen portal). 
For security reasons, the online card purchase function will be disabled on your new VISA card. You can enable it anytime in the mobile app or internet banking. 

The operation and functions of the new Visa bank card are entirely identical to those of the current Mastercard debit card. Additionally, the fees and conditions for the Visa card will remain unchanged, matching those applicable to your current Mastercard card.

If you will receive a Visa Classic debit card in the future and have previously requested Raiffeisen bank card travel insurance, you will not need to take any further action. Your insurance coverage will continue under the same conditions and fees.

If you will receive a Visa Platinum debit card or Visa Infinite debit card in the future, you will receive the highest service insurance package, the Exclusive package, included in the annual card fee. This will offer the same or higher services compared to before.
