We would like to inform you that on 23.03.2024 from 22:00 till 24.03.2024 01:30 we will process a development on some of our banking systems.
Bank card payments (at POS terminals) and cash withdrawals from ATMs will be available without interruption during this period.
The banking services listed below will not be available during this period, but we will do our best to make the development period as short as possible.
The affected banking services:
- Raiffeisen DirektNet internet banking service
- myRaiffeisen portal internet banking service
- myRaiffeisen mobile application
- bank card purchases at online platforms
- RaiffeisenPay portal administration interface
- some card services and SMS sending could be temporarily suspended
- receiving identified calls by Raiffeisen Direkt telephone customer service codes (CCD)
- Raiffeisen Online Broker securities trading interface
- Electra internet banking service and terminal for corporate customers
- Scan&Go QR code mobile payment application
- Video Advisory/Raiconnect premium video service
- raiffeisen.hu website
For the duration of the system development, we announce a downtime in accordance with the relevant legislation.
