We would like to inform you that on 27.04.2024 from 23:00 till 28.04.2024 01:30 we will process a development on some of our banking systems.
Bank card payments (at POS terminals), online card payments, and cash withdrawals from ATMs will be available without interruption during this period.
The banking services listed below will not be available during this period, but we will do our best to make the development period as short as possible.
The affected banking services:
• Raiffeisen DirektNet internet banking service
• myRaiffeisen portal internet banking service
• myRaiffeisen mobile application
• RaiffeisenPay portal administration interface
• receiving identified calls by Raiffeisen Direkt telephone customer service codes (CCD)
• Scan&Go QR code mobile payment application
For the duration of the system development, we announce a downtime in accordance with the relevant legislation.
