Changes in call center service operating hours

We inform our customers that service hours of Raiffeisen call center (Retail service +36 80 488 588, Premium Banking service +36 80 488 488, SME service +36 80 200 544) will change from 10th September 2018 as follows:

  • full service is available on business days between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.,
  • on business days between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. and on public holidays only limited service is available.

 

The limited service is the following:

  • Blocking (e.g. Bankcard, DirektNet access)
  • Bankcard activation/unlock bankcard blocking
  • Bankcard limit modifications
  • Balance enquiry
  • Report changes in personal data
  • Deposit breakage, deposit settlement
  • Give HUF payment orders
  • Give HUF standing orders
  • Claim insurance
  • Recording of complaints
  • Information on cash amount available in ATM
