We would like to inform you that on 22.05.2024 from 21:00 till 23:00 we will process a development on some of our banking systems.
Bank card payments (at POS terminals), online card payments, and cash withdrawals from ATMs will be available without interruption during this period.
The banking services listed below will not be available during this period, but we will do our best to make the development period as short as possible.
The affected banking services:
• Raiffeisen DirektNet internetbanking
• myRaiffeisen portal internetbanking
• myRaiffeisen mobilapplication
• Online Personal Loan platform
• Electra internet banking for corporate clients
• Multicash application
For the duration of the system development, we announce a downtime in accordance with the relevant legislation.
